Appellate court web sites contain useful information such as opinions, argument schedules, and order lists, as well as information about the appellate court justices and procedure.

Below is a list of links to all state and federal appellate court web sites in the United States, as well as links to appellate courts in U.S. territories and several tribal appellate courts.

The list uses these abbreviations:

• COLR = Court of Last Resort
• IAC = Intermediate Appellate Court

If the court system uses one web site for both types of appellate courts, a combined link is provided. If the court system does not have an intermediate appellate court, that link is omitted.
